I'm sorry, but I just can't.
I listened to about ten minutes of Liam playing this game, and noped the hell out of the video and of any interest in playing this game.
The voice acting is overdone, everything feels and sounds slow, and while I'm sure there's a lot to explore, it busts immersion terribly to have to cycle this way.
I think this game might have been all right in 2002 or so, but we're in 2020 now, and this formula just doesn't really appeal anymore.
That said, it's probably way, way easier to code than all the stuff some of you are suggesting, and there is probably a small niche market for this sort of game. I also appreciate that at least one of the devs is semi-responsive to criticism, so if this one somehow gets faster/better/less hammy, I may give it a spin. For now, though? Nope.
