@57, you need to look at the larger picture here. In this case, charly would qualify as an insult, why? Because, while Haily might have been Charly at one point, she's no longer him. The way I see it, calling her charly, is insulting her, as she no goes by that. I mean, if you where male, and then you got out of the closet, and came out saying you where female, and someone deliberately called you by your male name, despite knowing you no longer identify as a male... See the point? Yes, in this case, Charly is an insult / personal attack.
