Sorry for doubleposting, but your prank reminds me of one a dentist played on an older boy who was teasing his little sister. The kid was about 10 or 11 and telling his 4/5 year old sister that they were going to have to yank out her teeth because she hadn't started losing any and that this was the only way her new teeth were going to come through. He told her that the dentist was first going to have to give her medication through an injection and that that was going to hurt too.
The dentist noticed that the little girl was absolutely scared of him and pulled her aside before he even placed her on those tables they use nowadays for cleaning and looking in your mouth with those fancy little mirrors and stuff they use. He sits her down and asks her what's wrong, and of course, her being the 4/5 year old she is spills the whole story out. He of course, reassures her and shows her that all she's there for is a cleaning with a fancy toothbrush, some special toothpaste, water and other things that, no, definitely will not hurt.
Imagine the 11 year old boy's surprise and shoc though, when he was told, after his sister walked out, that it was his turn, and because his baby molars hadn't fallen out yet that they would have to be extracted, all at the same time...
And to add insult to injury, his parents readily agreed, given they knew their son's history of teasing his sister and assumed something had gone down, and since the dentist was a family friend the whole thing worked out quite nicely. A clear cut case of the words, those who laugh best are those who laugh last.
