@15, that would be great if only you were correct. Sadly you're really not though. For one thing we have the fantastic beasts films, for which JK is still writing the screen plays. Then we have her other books, and she is still earning quite a lot of money and publicity from those even though they of course aren't nearly as successful as the HP series. Even if we ignore all of that though, because of who she is and what she'd done in the past she will always be quite an important figure to a lot of people and her words will always carry a lot more weight than the average person's. Sad but true.
Oh and @13, just stop while you're ahead. You're comparing apples to oranges. JK rowling making some of the HP books available in braille on release (of course assuming rowling even had a hand in that), has absolutely nothing to do with what this topic is addressing. It's completely possible to be supportive of blind people but be unsupportive of LGBTQ+ people, the two are entirely unrelated. Stop trying to use one to justify the other. It doesn't work.
You wanna know something funny though? Dumbledore's character was actually one of the first things that helped me initially come to terms with my sexuality. Oh the irony.
