undead assault can't connect to server
Okay, I downloaded the game, ran the exe file, turned down volume in settings.
When however I go to "connect to server" I cannot create an account.
there are four servers listed, main public undead assault server, united states, Canada and beta server.
When I try the "create account" option on any of them, I fill in the fields and get told "server unavailable please try later."
The "check for updates" option doesn't work either.
I wondered if this was a firewall issue, usually windows defender asks me if I want to give a given ap access through the firewall when I run it, but with undead assault there was no notification.
Nevertheless, I went into windows defender firewall settings, tracked down the allowed aps list and added the Undead assault.exe file to the list manually (actually, it will be handy to know where that allowed applications list is for future reference).
Despite this though, it still is not working.
I'm running 64 bit windows 10, so there should be no problem with my machine, indeed if there actually is! an issue with all of the game servers and the check for updates item, just tell me and I'll wait.
Any advice much appreciated.
Btw, I also notice that there is no instruction manual or even a key reference in the game or on the website, so if someone could please point me to those resources that might be helpful so that I don't spend too much time floundering around when the game hopefully does decide to behave itself.
