Nope.
Seems like another fan game made in RPG Maker XP. There are a lot of these. Some of them are very extensive with Pokemon from gen 1 up to 8 with 24 gyms etc.
They also play like the GBA versions of the game where you move tile by tile. Always wished someone would try to use the Ruby scripting language used by RPGMaker XP to try and make them accessible.
