Re: A new SoundFont made by me: FPD98, a 90's Japanese soft synth
You not are the only one who know it, I also know it (it also came bundled with Onkyo products). But it's very obscure. Faith was the company who developed various online Karaoke systems, one of them is LANA Online City, developed jointly with Casio Computer Co. did you know the SW-10 that came bundled with the LANA Lite program, was a part of a limited offer?
I downloaded the webSynth D-77 for Windows 2000 and unfortunately didn't worked in this system. I will have to install it in my Windows 98SE virtual machine. (22kHz output ).
BTW, has anyone tried something like Virtual PC from Microsoft to create a Windows 98 virtual machine? Maybe the sound emulation supports a different sound card driver with 44.1kHz output.
