Do you mean a door in the east of the saving circle before entering Felmare (I still don't know what's the correct spelling for it )? That's an optional dungeon, you need to trigger an event in one of the hoses of Felmare, I can't remember very much since I haven't played it for a long time. You will get to it, as one of the main things you should to do is explore, talk with all people, etc.
