@Caio: Make sure that you are using the latest Version cause the v-Command had a lot of trouble in older versions.
It is up to you, when you want to create new ships. It highly depends on what you want to do with them. For example: Scoutships benefit from good propulsions and better fuel.
The point with designing ships is, that if you dont need them, you should not build them. It highly depends on your tech slider. If you create a lot of ships with older technologie they will be old-fashioned after 20 years when you got better shields, weapons and so on.
