Re: Looking for some recommendations on Usb/XLR microphones
The thing is, you won't find a mic out there that filters reverb from a room. Nowadays microphones in mobiles or audio recorders are good enough to provide really good quality, as long as your surrounding allows it. Even the best microphone cannot cast any magic. You can pay thousands of dollars for the greatest mixer and microphone, but if you're sitting in an open room without any sound isolation, reverb will always be at your side.
Apart from that, i myself am using a Behringer Xenyx 1204USB, which works fine. The mic of my choice is the AKG P220. Both together will come at roughly $300 I guess.
