I can see where OP is coming from though, in that, hey, account creation is accessible, this means thaaat making the rest of the game accessible will be easy! But that's not exactly true, because most likely the two screens use different interfaces. Remember that league of legends is a fully fledged action battle game. It most likely has many visuals and from a small amount to a complete emptiness of any concieveable user interface by blind standard.
