I'm issuing a caution only here.
There is not necessarily enough info here to let someone break Apple's terms of service and set up a VM of MacOS on a Windows machine, but it's edging in that direction.
Asking for a part or two of the process is fine, but asking for, or providing, the whole process peacemeal by delineating the steps is just trying to be sneaky.
this is only a caution because I don't sense harm here, and we're not in the business of telling you what you can and can't do off the forum. Just don't let it carry too much further. Take it to PM if you have to get more technical, please.
