Re: how far have we really taken these rules on the forum!
To be fair, @80, the thing on the table here is to tighten the rules. The games being free isn't the only argument for keeping them up, the other issue is that these are still popular games, and this problem is too prolific to just nuke it from orbit at this point. So, enter efforts like mine. I want to give devs an out so that the mods aren't having to wrestle with having to let a very popular game stay even though it's painting a giant target on our backs.
Also, thank you nocturnus. Couldn't say it better myself. Here's to hoping one of us gets the power to fix these darned laws.
