@Nuno, that is looking a lot better, though it might be helpful if you could include download links for the various programs you mention, or perhaps even stick them on a folder in dropbox since it seems a lot of different components are needed, and those aren't' always easy to find.
I would also suggest perhaps giving an example of one of the chinese games such as 1942, along with download information and suggesting where people can download that in the guide itself, rather the way that the JGT guide gives some download links for some of the more common Japanese titles.
When this is done, put the guide in the articles room where it will be visible to all, and then it will be easier for everyone to test out the chinese titles you mention and thus easier to add them to the db.
