Have you already tried messing with the mouse? I would guess you have some sort of button you can click on, possibly do an OCR or use the obj nav or jaws cursor.
bTW, are the games accessible anywayy? I thought apart from the smugglers games, none of the games were accessible, including the we are alive one which does sound quite awesome indeed.
