@10 Honestly man, people should just take their liberty to pirate games that force this garbage on to legit buying customers. The devs are already being paid for their work, probably like ass and they're probably suicidal from the crunch time they had to put in to get this game out before the holidays and then make the day one patch because it's a broken piece of shit but publishers are impatient. it really disappointed me to see this kind of fuckery happen to Doom Eternal. Anyone who knows about Doom knows it's a gamer's game, Ib software is super hands on with the community. The doom 1 and 2 source code was released freely to the public in 96, and Doom 3's was also freely released like 8 years ago.They've been historically anti corporate and pro-consumer.. I'm glad they're removing anticheat from the game, but really? Bethesda could also just disappear and they wouldn't be missed. Someone will pick up the Elder's Scrolls games.
