Breaks should be rewritten as well.
For sudden speedlimit changes, I have to use breaks. After using them, your speed doesn't end up divisible by 5 even in in service mode.
There are 2 solutions:
Rewrite breaks.
Add a possibility to switch to previous mode using shift+m (For example from in service to shunt) and manually adjust the speed then.
