As I've stated before I don't think that the sticky is a good solution. Most of the time we skip over them. I believe a dedicated room for these kinds of threads would be better.
As it currently stands if I wanted to select someone to buy a game for right now I would have one hell of a tracking nightmare on my hands.
A better implementation imho would be a dedicated subforum with a structured request/ response cycle. Person A makes a request, person B responds, threads are concise and closed when requests are fulfilled.
