Folks... The licenses you are looking at are for Youtube creators and such, not commercial computer games.
I obviously cannot reveal the exact number, but suffice it to say that if you were the next contestant on the Price is Right, you'd want to be guessing a four figure value for a custom license that would cover this type of project.
So yeah... everybody's off by at least an order of magnitude.
@OP No, you can't extract audio assets from anybody's game. If you do, you definitely can't use them for anything other than personal enjoyment.
