July 10, 2020: pre request, Rory-games has had his account banned for six months. We reserve the right to revisit this ban as needed, since alligations that Rory was about to be hacked have surfaced, and this could result in punishment for Rory if it turns out not to be true.
In other words: for now, the ban is just a freeze of the account to help Rory combat his alleged addiction to this forum. If other evidence is provided, the ban may turn into a punishment. In any case, users should treat Rory as if he has been banned, and should not in any way attempt to help him access the forum or pass messages for him.
