how to make that windows 3.1 vm talk

hi, so I got the vm from grosgang, it sed in the page: it can talk throo NVDA, but its not doing that, here's what I tryed to do:
1, run redir.exe program, 2, run nvda.dat baj file, I already installed com 0 com, but its just not working
