i think silver dragon will help you get rid of the outloes. i mean the gangs. sorry, i don't really know how to spell that word lol.
back to your question, the silver dragon will eat the gangs, but it will also eat a large portion of your food. so keep an eye on your grain, flour, and the other foods you have. you must also collect 500 gold. after your gold reaches 500, the dragon will say something like "i think i ate enough of your food" and it will take the gold and fly away. to reach 500 gold faster, you can buy new market stulls. they will bring more customers. so the key of sending that silver dragon away, is: a lot of food and 500 gold.
side note: golden dragons are also the same.
