Are you sure the drive is in the computer itself?
Maybe you ordered it and it says it comes with a 1 tb drive and it doesn't?
I think these days that's actually rare for a pc, my lenovo pc only comes with 500 gigs, I use an external hard drive for the wrest of the stuff.
If you are sure there was meant to be an internal hard drive in the system, phone or email the company explaining the issue.
