How do I use the trackpad button to shoot in Swamp?

How do I use the trackpad button to shoot in Swamp?

I set the laptop so that when I right-click I go forward, but when I left-click the same thing happens as when I right-click. So I can't shoot zombies. Is there a way to change the keys or make it work for me?
