The combos and button press shortcuts are neither keyboard, nor controller-specific, that's the point. U means up (up arrow, jump, left stick up, ETC), LP, MP, HP, LK, MK, and HK are punch and kicks, with P meaning punch and K meaning kick. The L, M, and H represent the strength, light, mid, and hard. A QC is a quarter circle, and B or F means forward or back, so forwards is right arrow, and back is left arrow.
