Re: Facebook and Twitter Windows clients
Twitter has all but disabled their API, that's why everyone stopped caring. For users that's less of a blow than it is for developers: what seems like slightly worse features takes a lot of work. Overall I wouldn't stay too attached to Twitter as a platform because I fully expect they're going to sunset the rest of it one of these days.
