@Chris, in some ways KeySoft is almost identical to TalkBack. For example, most if not all sounds are the same, and the gestures you can use with Touch Braille disabled are pretty much the same. You can access the context menues.
And as for the home screen, you have two home screens. The KeySoft main menu, also the My Menu if you decide to customize it, and All Applications which is your standard All Apps screen you'd see on any other Android device
