I believe Sansurgion gets Pollution Solution and Poison Pressure, which is a neat combo against anything that isn't a steel type. Seriously, if Ursinearator got this combo, it would wreck faces.
Aaron seems to like giving manamon moves that don't work well with their best attacking stat in order to make the game harder. He did this deliberately with the Dodderator line, for instance, and for me it's just silly. Tells me that the dude really doesn't know much about the multiple generations of pokemon metagame that came before him and did it way better.
