A factory reset deletes everything, including your profile, everything in the internal memory, login information for online services such as BARD and Bookshare, as well as any authorization keys you may have had installed.
Reinstalling the firmware isn't a bad idea. Visit this website and download one of the firmware packages such as Heather and Ryan. http://support.humanware.com/en-usa/sup … n_software
Copy the upg file to your SD card and insert it into the Stream. Connect the Stream to power and turn it on. Wait for the unit to install the software.
