Hm. I think the person to ask that would be ianhamilton, or someone from ablegamers. Then again, digging around it seems that Microsoft has a few different teams working accesibility, there's an [Enable] research group working on Microsoft Soundscape, which is apparently a blind accessibility suite for navigating with 3D audio cues. There's also an [Ability] research group which seems more generalized on accessibility, they list the people who are currently active in the group, some of which seem to have contact details. Just digging in on Andrew Begel's profile as Principal Researcher, he lists his full contact details [here].
Hm, there's also another group on Xbox Research division that includes accessibility and user experience [here] that also lists researchers profiles and possibly contact details.
