No, iseemusic courses aren't free, but they are well worth it. I would recommend transfering all the data including sounds etc. If your going to audio edit and compose etc, going back and forth between two machines is going to be... not fun. As far as amadeus, it is just a audio editor, you cannot compose music there or use instruments, as far as I know, you would need reaper for that or protools if you wanted a program where you have the option to compose or edit in one program, both of those have that option. Amadeus is just like goldwave in the sence that its mainly a audio editor. By the way, to the one that was looking to buy usb to usbc adaptors for the mac, check these out,
