Unfortunately Dan, there isn't a way to display posts that way, however as well as using the "new posts" option Roro meant I would also suggest you use some of your screen reader's navigation functions rather than just reading down the page.
Sinse the quick reply edit area is at the bottom of a topic, what I do with supernova is hit E to get to it, then shift Hback through the headings until I get to my own last reply to a topic, or at least one I haven't read before, I then read from there down.
