Re: enough is enough, and it's time for a change.
Well, as much as this situation pisses me off, and as much as Jayde pisses me off with his strong arm tactics, psychological trickery, and borderline manipulation of people, it's pretty unprofessional to go shooting off emails to people off the staff about about matters like these. If you felt strongly enough to send off an email, the right thing would have been to voice your concerns, which you did, but then took it off the staff team. Essentially, what you've done is sew the seeds of divisiveness between you and the other staff members in a way that really isn't good.
It's one thing to be divided as a team, but it's quite another to take that to the level where you're acting to harm the unity of the team by conversing with folks in private about these issues. I think Jayde takes it too far honestly, when he tells you all to discuss things on the mod team. But you're on the other end of the spectrum. By all means, if you have thoughts on this matter, place them here. Whether they're for or against this, or somewhere in between. You carry just as much weight as any of the other team members, even if you're not as loud as some of them.
