it powers up, a 140 power move like that could do a ton of damage something between 120 or 170damage depending on the defense of the manamon or hp. it's not 140 effect points, shurely it's 100effect points, or 40 effect points and powered up by the unknown type of this manamon, but i think the most closest is 100 or 120effect points, because vulnerability oblivion is somewhere between 55 and 50 effect points r something
the information can be inaccurate or wrong depending. for example chaos drench is 65 effect points and it's poison air type, it infects you with toxic poison and targets all the manamon on the field, and for some unknown reason, the manamon that uses it does more damage than toxic storm. it seems more powered up than if, say, a skirial used toxic storm. it's poison air like toxc storm, because i saw that pandourbit took an inefective hit from it. chaos chamber is unknown type it seems, and it's something like dragon earth but a bit more powerful, when at full it paralices it seems etc... water, plant and flame apocalipse are ovviously water, plant and flame, but it's called like that because it's powerful, and hits all targets on the field. the power of those moves would be between 140 or something because the sounds it uses are very lon, it nearly whiped out all my party with it, with my caboerain dying with only 1 hit, or 130 effect points
