Wow, I have the Xenyx1622FX, and I hear a buh-chick, buh-chick, buh-chick come through the phone connector when I plug in my Audiotechnica Broadcast stereo headset! I also heard this humming sound at around 200 Hz.
I'm having lots of problems getting my signals to go the way I want them to, so I am thinking of swapping it out for a different mixer.
