RS Games Client on Windows 10 Not Launching

Hello everyone,
I am having a very strange issue. For some reason, after I updated to the latest version of Windows 10, RS Games Client will not launch, no matter what I try and do. I have had to run it on a VM for the last few days, because it won’t launch on my physical machine. Could anyone know why this is the case?
