You won't get audio transfer below 100ms, and you'll be lucky to get audio transfer below 300-500ms unless you're on a very good network and also end up with a server close to you. I can't point you at options, but depending on just what your definition of low latency audio is, you may not be able to get what you want. If you're hoping for convenient screen reader usage, you'll need NVDA Remote or something like JAWS's RDP data channel support.
