Re: Preguntados popularity in other countries

@mr.brunete, I'm proud to see another Argentinian in the forum. You explained the pictoral questions in English better than I could, congrats! smile

if there were an option in the Trivia crack game to only! have textual questions and no picture based ones this would be fare enough sinse then a blind player could do just as well

That would be a good idea. Moreover, since the game is also available as native applications for Android and iOS and those systems have integrated screen readers, the game itself could disable picture-based questions if it detects the user is running a screen reader like VoiceOver or Talkback, especially in iOS where it was proven to be possible.

This is why I would love to see the developers' contacted an d asked about access, sinse even if it weren't possible to label all those images without spoiling the questions, it would be possible to say have a "don't show pictoral questions" setting in the game's options.

I'll post on their Facebook page. If many users do it, perhaps it may help.

It would also be better if there was a less clumsy way of telling which answer was write than using text colour, for example a text saying "right answer"

I think this is unnecessary, since the game plays a different sound depending if the user chose the right answer or not. Also, remember that the game is primarily used on mobile devices, some of which have small screens. When the player answers, until he or she press or tap the Continue button, the game still shows all possible answers so the user ca n re-analize (I'm not meaning another oportunity with the same question) the question before it disappears. This would not be a problem on a PC, but if answer buttons on mobile devices have a text indicating what is the correct one, in longer answers the text may be truncated.
