Well a lot of muds are accessible like alteraeon but also materiamagica and miriani. Alter aeon is the most accessible mud I've ever played since it's made to work very well with screen readers. If you get mushclient which is free and very accessible you should be able to play most muds without any problems as long as you have the correct information.
