No, I don't want kiddie fiddlers to get away with it either, of course, but tapping everyone "Just in case" is disproportionate and the ACLU are right to question the FBI's illicit actions. The only saving grace here is that people visiting kiddie spam sites probably are suspects, for something. But it's not a good precedent, just like the recently-passed DRIP bill in this country.
