Re: where realism and unrealism cross the lines

it really varied depending on game, there wre games even in the 80s where encumberment, drowning, and all that stuff was a thing, it just really depended on the game. For example, both then and now, sometimes Mario could drown, and sometimes he could stay underwater as long as you wanted.
