You're making the mistake of assuming they're even halfway competent. About the most they ever do is give me extra time for tests, and deal with the other organization of volunteers that creates textbooks. Even getting textbooks from them is a pain in the ass, so half the time I don't bother and learn the material from other sources; which is fine, since that's what most of the instructors recommend anyways.
To be honest if this school wasn't as well-known as it is I'd be gone already, they are very badly organized in most regards I've seen. I've also heard this is common to tech sschools though so who the hell knows.
