I've been playing the demo for a while now. I have to agree that more environmental sounds would be nice, so you can use them as landmarks in some of those big areas. E.G. in the casino, there could be areas where you hear noise from different types of games E.G. slot mach ines, etc. Even if you can't actually play the games, you can at least know where you are in relation to them. Also, without the noise of games being played, for example, it gives the impression of a totally deserted place, which is certainly not what the company wants, if they want to make money off their passengers!
Regarding the spell scrolls, I've found some of them to be hard, especially where I keep pressing the key just a bit too early, waiting for the beep! An actual practice mode would be very nice to have, so you could actually get useful feedback about how well or poorly! you're doing, without being hit and miss with the spells during an actual battle.
