As others have said, if it was operator presidence, stuff like 2 + 6 * 8 / 5 ** 2, you should go back and read through it. Moreover, try and put it to use. Learning operator precedence is critical.
If you mean math module, I wouldn't bother. Most of it is pretty intuitive, cos for cosine, log for logarithm operations, both base 10 and natural, etc.
Generally, though, don't skip chapters. It's the most frustrating thing in the world when you end up not knowing something which the book plays heavy emphasis on.
