For all those interested in an input-sensitive action menu, I've just implemented it.
If you get the latest code, and try the examples, their action menus should be context aware now. There's an option at the bottom to show all triggers, otherwise you just get triggers for your current input source.
Import sources are:
Keyboard: keyboard and mouse.
Controller: Anything on a games controller, namely buttons and hats.
