Here is the trailer. The beta actually has a similar segment in English. Before every match, the announcer's intro shpeel is in English. So there's currently no conirmed dub.. but it definitely wouldn't hurt to have one. I know a lot of people especially here will base their decisions to buy the game on if there is a dub or not. Completely makes sense, seeing as the story is just cutscenes without even any fighting. Important to note though, the last game, XRD Revelator did not have a dub. So cautious optomism?

Update: A quick google search brought up atweet from Daisuke Ishiwatari, the game producer, that there will be an English dub. So that's one less thing to worry about!
