Re: Discord Streaming Fun
After more testing I have figured out the reason why everything is failing. So here is the deal. For this to work, the explorer window must be the most recent open window next to the current window you are working with. If you try to put another app, even discord, between the explorer window and the currently focused window, it will pause.
Now there might be a second detail to this, that I out of habit already do. You may need to keep discord right next to the explorer window so that the explorer window is within range for discord to pickup. Think of it as a radio or phone trying to reach a signal, well this signal is weak as hell lol.
So in short, here should be your list of most recent windows:
The window that you want to interact with, then the explorer window taking the stream, then the discord window just for safe measure.
I will update the article later with this new information and some clarification. But yes this does work, it just has this tiny but crucial detail I didn't know about until now.
