Never heard of cape.
To be honest though, the amount of games with unlockables and replay value these days is actually pretty large, even if you exclude things like muds and multiplayer games with repeatable missions etc.
Gamebooks like the Choice of games and hosted games titles where you can make different choices, not to mention games like a few minuts of glory with randomly set starting conditions, heck, even in a game as simple as beatstar, there is a tonne of soundpacks to unlock, minigames to buy and now even missions.
Really, these days unlockables are just pa for the course, even in generic arcade games like Feer, which of course is a good thing.
one game I've recently gone back to several times myself is Dreamy train, just because of the amount of fun stuff, different missions, different trains to unlock, different things to buy, heck even different events at different times of the year to play, so if you've not checked it out, that is one i'd recommend, though really these days unlockables and progressive achievements should just be part of any good game design.
