Crazy Party is a different matter in my opinion because it does not take sounds from other audiogames. It also is extremely upfront with the fact that its assets are not original, and realistically the companies responsible for those assets will never go after Pragma for that. I'm not arguing about whether Crazy Party should be allowed on the forum, or whether this game should be allowed on the forum. I'm not interested in that. I'm just saying that the wording for Tunmi's post was... interesting. As for the other people who have expressed concerns with this, they are sound designers themselves who, in my opinion, have the right to take objection. Other than Crazy Party, I can't think of any games that are popular that I would turn a blind eye to.
As for striking a deal, sure he might be able to do that. I think some developers and sound designers won't appreciate that he didn't try to make deals with them in the first place though. He may replace them with other sounds, or you may have to edit your maps.
