Re: Can't make Voiceover on my Apple TV follow focus any more
First, make sure you're in navigation mode instead of exploration by triple tapping with two fingers on the touch surface. If that doesn't fix your problem, go to settings, accessibility, navigation style, and select follow focus instead of direct touch.
